How It Works
Naturally, to achieve the swift turnaround and immersive nature of the project, we have a tried and tested process to get you the site of your dreams. It goes like this.

Audit, Strategy + Plan
Before we start we will audit your existing site, discuss goals and desires for the site and make a plan for what we require for the site.

Submit Your Content
You will handover your content including imagery + brand assets. You will also select what copy option you like: you write copy, placeholder or copywriters.

Design & Development
On day 1 we will design 1-2 core pages to approve the design direction. If happy, we will continue designing the remaining pages + present them.

Refine, Optimise + Launch
We will tweak any required feedback, optimise the site for SEO & mobile as well as prepare training videos, launch assets & handover for you.

You’ll be involved in strategy/prep and approvals - but we do the heavy lifting in-between. There may be instances where we provide tutorial videos and advice for how to edit certain bits of copy/details/imagery to your preference.

How we structure the web immersives means we design 1-2 core pages to check that the overall design aesthetic is aligned. Once approved, we move forward with designing the rest of the site pages within your scope. From here, we will present the full site for you in wireframes as well as a detailed site walkthrough Loom video. Here, you provide all your feedback in one go for the entire site. We will then make the edits & then hand over the site.
But, of course, we want the site to be perfect for you, so show you how to edit minor things like copy, buttons & images.
If you need further design reworks & development support, this is charged out at $150 p/h.

No, we don’t provide full site copy. While we can help you frame general brand tone & some sections, we are not professional copywriters & prefer to stay within the design realm. I provide you with three options before you sign on.
We design the site with copy prompts for you to edit/write the content to based off the design.
We provide you a wireframe with context of the flow of the site to write your own copy that we will based the site design around.
You work with a copywriter directly ( we can refer you to some great ones ). This may delay your start date however.

Yes! Most of our design services follow a 50/50 payment split. 50% upfront as a non-refundable deposit to lock in your spot, and the remaining 50% due the week of your project.
If there is a quick turnaround between enquiry & start date, we may request 100% but will outline this with your enquiry & onboarding.If you need a different payment structure, we’re happy to chat; just let us know during the enquiry stage.
Please note: Your site is only transferred once the project is paid in full.

Website Immersives are designed to scale with your business. Most service-based brands typically fall within the week immersive, which is a 5–7 page site — think:
Home, About, Services, Contact, Portfolio or Gallery, Blog, Resources, Locations, or Private Pages.When you enquire, we’ll chat through your goals and either confirm what immersive option will best suit your business needs. Whether that is a one-page landing page or a 10+ page site. The size and complexity scale the timeframe required to complete the immersive.

To get started on your website, you'll need to provide the core content that aligns with your brand and messaging. This includes:
Copy: Text for key pages like Home, About, Services, and Contact. I can guide you on what content to include and help flesh out sections, but full copywriting services are not included. If you need help, I can refer you to trusted copywriters.
Imagery: Any images or photos you’d like to use on your site. This can include product shots, team photos, or lifestyle images. If you don’t have everything, I can source stock images that align with your brand.
Logo & Branding Assets: Your logo, brand style guide, and any existing branding materials that should be incorporated into the site.
Additional Visuals: If there are any icons, graphics, or illustrations needed, these should be provided or discussed in advance.
Feel free to provide everything in a shared drive to keep it organized. If you’re unsure about what’s needed, don’t worry! I’ll walk you through the process.

Yes, absolutely! Your website will be built on Squarespace, which is a user-friendly platform with an intuitive backend, so you can easily make basic updates without worrying about breaking the site. At the end of the project, I’ll provide a training video to guide you through the process. If you prefer more personalized support, you can upgrade to a 1:1 live walkthrough to ask any questions and receive additional help with managing your site.

We will send you across onboarding prep, which includes your contract, deposit invoice & site assets. We will request any brand assets ( logos, guidelines, imagery ), access to the current site (if any), and your content/copy.
