Branding / Brand Immersive

Through a blend of strategy, psychology, and intentional design, we create a cohesive brand identity that feels authentic, builds credibility, and helps you connect with the right audience.

Depending on your budget + timeline we have 2 tiers for branding which vary in deliverables but both include:
Onboarding questionnaire to understand your brand, current position, whats working, whats not, where you’re heading + more - so we’re not just guessing.
Market research + visual strategy - becasue there is no point designing you something that won’t even attract the people you’re wanting.
Creative Direction - this allows us to show different creative approaches we could take + help showcase to you how the visuals may start shaping up.
Branding Suite - A full logo suite suitable to your individual needs. Including logo / icons / brand mark / supporting assets / Colour Palette / Typography ( Fonts ).
Brand Usage Guidelines - so you actually know how to implement your branding moving forward. This includes logo usage, colour codes, fonts + more.
Branded Assets - depending on your approved scope, we can start bringing your brand to life through branded elements like stationery, collateral, signage + social media assets.

Our branding packages vary in price depending on final scope but start from $6,000 + gst.
For those on a smaller budget or timeline, our 1 week brand immersive may be better suited at $4,000 + gst. -
You can add on VIP Day Intensives, a Website or Packaging to any branding package.

Depending if we are designing you a new site from scratch or simply refreshing your existing squarespace site - we take the same brand-led approach. It will look like:
Site Audit - of how the site is currently performing + conveying your brand. This allows us to make informed changes.
Design & Development of selected site pages.
Integration of required apps.
Basic on page SEO + best SEO practice design.
Site Training + tutorials via Loom - this allows you to feel confident & capable making small edits to your site in future such as buttons, copy, image swaps, blog updates etc.
Launch Mockups - to share your new site with your people.

We do offer website immersives which is 1-2 weeks which start around $4,500 + gst, which may best suit smaller budgets or sites. -

Packaging design can include the creation of artwork across a range of product touchpoints, including labels, boxes, pouches, sleeves, stickers, tissue paper, inserts, and other branded packaging elements. Designs are created based on your supplied packaging dielines or printer specifications, ensuring artwork is ready for production.

First, we explore the heart of your brand—its why, what, who, and where. From there, we take a step back to see the big picture while appreciating the little details, where the magic often lies. Next, we lay the groundwork with research, visualization, and moodboarding. Finally, we head to our favorite spot: the creative playground.

We take your purpose and vision and shape them into a brand or website that feels true to you and magnetic to your audience. This part is collaborative and fun, we’ll explore, refine, and build together so it’s not just aesthetic but aligned and full of meaning. Inside the Design Immersive, we zoom out to look at your vision, audience, goals, and big-picture direction — then design with that in mind.

My Brand and Web Immersives include 2 thoughtful rounds of revisions - which is usually more than enough.
That said, everything I create is built off strategy and aligned to your goals, so revisions tend to be small refinements rather than full reworks.
If we need a little more time to get things just right, extra revisions can be added at $150 + GST per hour.

Yes! Most of our design services follow a 50/50 payment split—50% upfront as a non-refundable deposit to lock in your spot, and the remaining 50% due the week of your project.
If you need a different payment structure, we’re happy to chat—just let us know during the enquiry stage.

Website Immersives are designed to scale with your business. Most service-based brands typically fall within the 5–7 page range — think:
Home, About, Services, Contact, Portfolio or Gallery, Blog, Resources, Locations, or Private Pages.When you enquire, we’ll chat through your goals and either confirm your page needs or start with a Brand Close Up session to map out a clear site structure. From there, we’ll provide a tailored site map and custom quote to suit your brand and the journey you’re taking it on.

To get started on your website, you'll need to provide the core content that aligns with your brand and messaging. This includes:
Copy: Text for key pages like Home, About, Services, and Contact. I can guide you on what content to include and help flesh out sections, but full copywriting services are not included. If you need help, I can refer you to trusted copywriters.
Imagery: Any images or photos you’d like to use on your site. This can include product shots, team photos, or lifestyle images. If you don’t have everything, I can source stock images that align with your brand.
Logo & Branding Assets: Your logo, brand style guide, and any existing branding materials that should be incorporated into the site.
Additional Visuals: If there are any icons, graphics, or illustrations needed, these should be provided or discussed in advance.
Feel free to provide everything in a shared drive to keep it organized. If you’re unsure about what’s needed, don’t worry! I’ll walk you through the process.

Yes, absolutely! Your website will be built on Squarespace, which is a user-friendly platform with an intuitive backend, so you can easily make basic updates without worrying about breaking the site. At the end of the project, I’ll provide a training video to guide you through the process. If you prefer more personalized support, you can upgrade to a 1:1 live walkthrough to ask any questions and receive additional help with managing your site.
